GUESTS OF CARIBE REALTY RECEIVE COMPLIMENTARY USAGE OF OUR BOAT SLIPS DURING THEIR STAY.
- One free boat pass per reservation, with a one boat per slip limit, per stay. Boat slips are unassigned and are on a first come, first serve basis. To rent additional slips, please contact our front desk at (251) 980-9010.
- Guests also receive complimentary trailer parking during their stay – limit one per unit.
- Boat slips behind the Caribe Marina are not available to rent.
- Complimentary boat slip usage is only available for guests that book through Caribe Realty and owners on our rental program while in-house. Condos booked through other rental companies and owners can reserve a boat slip for $75 per day and trailer parking at $20 per day.
- Owners who do not rent through Caribe Realty receive a discounted rate of $50 per day to reserve a boat slip and trailer parking at $20 per day.
