GUESTS OF CARIBE REALTY RECEIVE COMPLIMENTARY USAGE OF OUR BOAT SLIPS DURING THEIR STAY.
- One free boat slip per condo, with a one boat per slip limit, per stay. To rent additional slips, please contact our front desk.
- Boat slips behind Caribe Marina are not included.
- Guests also receive complimentary trailer parking during their stay – limit one per unit.
- Boats requiring shore power are not complimentary, however, Caribe Realty guests receive a special rate of $25 per day.
- Complimentary boat slip usage is only available for guests of Caribe Realty and owners on our rental program while in-house. Condos booked through other rental companies and owners can reserve a boat slip starting at $50 per day and trailer parking at $25 per day.
- Owners who do not rent with any company receive discounted rates starting a $40 per day.
