Join us every Wednesday, starting May 27th until August 5th, for a spectacular evening at our Caribbean Sunset Luau, a premier Dinner and Dancing party, located in Building D room D-100 of the resort. Experience the magic of Orange Beach, Alabama as the sun sets and the stars come out with music from Josh Drake, dinner, hula hoop and limbo contests, a conga line, and more!
Food
Prepare your taste buds for an unforgettable culinary adventure. The event is a food lovers paradise, featuring a buffet-style meal that includes Coconut Shrimp, Jamaican Jerk Chicken, a Whole Roasted Pig, Grilled Mahi-Mahi, Herb Roasted Vegetables, Cuban Yellow Rice, and more! We will also have a water and tea station available.

- Check-in is at 6 p.m. and dinner is served at 6:30 p.m.
- This event is available for Caribe Owners and Guests Only.
- Each guest will receive a lei necklace upon arrival.
- Tickets will include tea or water with a meal.
- There will be a bar open for alcoholic drink purchases during the event.
- Sales Tax includes 10% sales tax AND 20% service fee.
- The event will be held in the D-100 room.
